I have an Aunt Velma Splichal who is very knowlegable about Willis. If you want further information, please let me know and I will see what I can do. I understand that Willis, Earl, Mary, Lee and a half sister named Edna was born to Isaac Newton Fifer and Martha (Walker) Fifer. I can get quite a ways with Isaac Newton Fifer in lineage, but have stopped at Martha Walker. Please respond.
