Clough, a tract of land to be known as "William F. Clough's Subdivision" a subdivision of part of the S.W. fractional 1/4 of Section 18, Township 77 North, Range 3 East of the 5th P.M., Scott County, Iowa. The land so platted is correctly shown by the attached plat, which tract of real estate so platted is particularly described as follows, to-wit: Part of the S.W. 1/4 of Section 18-77-3 in Scott County, Iowa, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said fractional quarter; thence South along the East line of said fractional quarter 389.40 feet to the place of beginning; thence South 62' 00' West 1254.66 feet; thence South 610.72 feet to the Northerly line of the Davenport-Buffalo Road; thence Northeasterly along the Northerly line of said road to a point in the East line of said fractional quarter which is 647.37 _S. of the place of beginning; thence North 647.37 feet to the place of beginning.
