Would some kind soul please help me with a Death lookup for my great grand mother? Her name was Bessie Phillips and she lived in Council Bluffs at 14th St and 26th Avenue. She was alive (signed a document in Sep 1942) but not alive by 1946. PLEASE help, I am really stuck on this one. If anyone can help I would appreciate it enormously!!!
