We've just joined this list hoping to find out more about the SNYDER family. M. B. Snyder, M.D.(1856-1937) was a physician and also mayor of Council Bluffs. He was married twice, his first wife was Susan McGlaughlin Snyder, M. D. (1860-1915). His second wife, Burkella Pierce Snyder (1873-1946), is our line. We would like to correspond with someone who has done more research than we have been able to do to this point. Recently, we briefly visited Council Bluffs and were able to locate their tombstone in Fairview Cemetery and their home. We would particularly like to obtain an obituary for "Uncle M.B" or for his first wife, Susan. We are aware that they had no children. Any help would be appreciated. Bill and Kay Winter
