Their daughter Alice Kephart, b.1849, [near Philipsburg & Osceola Mills] ,in Decatur, Clearfield Co. Pa. which isn't far from the County some of the Emighy/Amy folks you are searching for in Pa. I don't have any info on who Mary Amy's parents were.
