Hi, Tried to get a death certificate for a great, great uncle who died in Co. Bluffs in 1923, I wrote to Des Moines, and sent the money, marked the request "genealogy" and they said I wasn't entitled to the certificate. Is there any where else I might find it. Wanted his parents names, and where he was born. Isobel
