    3. Pottawattamie County had a courthouse in Avoca for the eastern half of Pottawattamie county. Sometime in the 1980's or 1990's it closed and I really do not know what happened to their records. Pottawattamie County Genealogical Society has some of them. 3. Has anyone noticed that York Township in Pottawattamie County appears to be missing from the 1910 census images on Ancestry.com? If anyone has been able to find it, could you please let me know which ED it is in. Thank you, Bernadette
