Jones. This was the second marriage for Susannah, her first husband was William Orson Jones. I believe he died between 1843 and 1847. Alonzo also left Illinois with his mother Betsy to help care for his children and she does not appear in 1850 census, so I am looking for information on her death and burial. Alonzo and Susannah are listed in 1850 living in Pottawattamie County with their 2 year old son, Alonzo who was born in Iowa. Any help on finding this information would be greatly appreciated.
