So far, after my search, I only find a Will Perkins and wife Alice living in the 1880 census in Greenville, Bureau Co., IL; it states his father was born KY and his mother PA. They had children Alice, Clarence, and Pearl in 1880. Is this your family? I can do an additional search through books, etc. if you can give me a bit more info about this family. I'm happy to check again.
