I'm searching for a friend for her KOLL family. Lillie Mae (KOLL) (COOK) GILBERT was in the Pott. Co. 1920 census in Council Bluffs as: Gilbert, Lillie M., 49, widow, b. IN, father b. Ger, mother b. PA Koll, Frank, brother, 43, single, b. IN, trackman on railroad Grant, Lewis C., boarder, 57, single. Lillie was the daughter of Louis KOLL and Isabella (CALL) Koll. Louis was born in Germany but immigrated about 1850-58, settled in Tippecanoe Co., Lafayette Twp., Indiana, where he married Isabella. However, Louis died in Council Bluffs while visiting his daughter, Lillie, on about April 4, 1931. There was a newspaper notice or letter that told the heirs to his estate to be in Council Bluffs for a probate hearing on September 1, 1934. I'm searching for more info about Louis KOLL or his daughter, Lillie Mae Koll. She may have married a COOK first and then a GILBERT. Lillie died prior to August 1934 and a Walter O.
