Well, I think I have the beginnings of the THE IRISH IN IOWA page up now. So far I have most of the Irish born "A" surnames from the 1880 IA Soundex and the Irish born from the 1875 Patron's Index of the Illustrated Historical Atlas of the State of IA. I have lots more...but I'm not retired yet so time is limited... Your contributions to the page also gratefully accepted no matter how small. Ideas are also always welcome.
