Mr. Jones was formerly one of the old citizens of this locality (Bingham, Page County, Iowa) and since the death of his wife, Elizabeth Burgess Jones, which occurred several years ago, he has made his home with his son, Clarence Jones, living at Peetz, Colorado, where he passed away Wednesday, March 17th. Rev. Harvey conducted short funeral services, and the body was laid to rest by the side of his wife in the Snow Hill Cemetery. Several of the near relatives accompanied the body here.
