Hello List, I'm wondering if anyone has any information to share with me or is researching the following individuals. Does anyone know what became of Albert and Nancy KIMBALL? In searching the 1870 Page County, Lincoln Twp. Census, I came across an ALBERT KIMBALL born about 1851 in Illinois and a NANCY KIMBALL born about 1852 in Illinois living with my BURGESS/JONES ancestors. I believe Albert and Nancy to be the children of Sarah BURGESS and Isaac KIMBALL. I believe Albert to be living with his aunt and uncle, Henry T. and Elizabeth JONES and Nancy to be living with her grandmother, Lettie BURGESS. I would be happy to hear from anyone who can help. Thanks for everything. Kristy in Colorado

Posted on: Page Co. Ia Queries Board URL: http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/Ia/Page?read=163 Surname: Castle ------------------------- I'm searching with scanty information about paternal-lineage grandparents of the mid-1800's who lived in the area of Shenandoah, Page, IA. The husband served in the Civil War and later became a popular judge of the area. A daughter, Grace Castle, married John Earl Free, and moved to eastern Washington near the Waitsburg area. She died giving birth to her fourth child, Paul S. Free, who was soon given to her parents, the Castles of Shenandoah, to raise. It is possible that Judge Castle's wife's name was Ophelia Jane Reid. That is not absolutely certain, but only possible, and might aid in the search, if correct. Thanks to any who have pertinent information. - Gena Free Greenhalgh
