I, Ephraim Burroughs of Mills County, Iowa, being of sound mind and memory and mindful of the uncertainty of life do make this my last Will and Testament. I give, devise and bequeath unto my well beloved wife, Lydia Ann Burroughs all my Real Estate and personal property whatsoever and wheresoever to be held, used, enjoyed and disposed of by her for her own use behoof and benefit absolutely and entirely. And I appoint hereby my said wife sole Executrix of my Estate and exempt her from giving bond or going through formalities of law in any respect.
