Mrs. Fred Deuble, aged 88, passed away at her home on South Vine Street in this city Wednesday afternoon. Mrs. Deuble had been in failing health incident to her advanced years for some time and a few days ago fell, breaking an arm, the shock of which caused her death. Funeral services will be held from the home of her brother, Thomas Clune in the southeast part of the city, Friday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, Rev. Schoemaker of the Baptist church will have charge of the services. Mr. Deuble who is 89 years of age, is in a critical condition. Mr. and Mrs. Deuble were two of Glenwood's pioneer citizens, locating here over fifty-seven years ago. They were both splendid persons, held in high respect by the many friends which they have made in a half century or more that they dwelt in this community.
