Badham, all the real estate and personal property of every kind and description whatsoever of which I shall die seized and possessed to be hers absolutely, after my just debts are paid. I hereby revoke any former will which I may have made, and I nominate as my executor of this will my wife, and request that she may be appointed without giving bond.
