In 1906 the brother in law (Joshua E. Shelby) of my great grandmother left a will in Mills County naming heirs. The Shelby's lived in Lyons Township. His wife was Rebecca(Harrison) Shelby. Others mentioned in the will were sons James W., John D.(deceased in 1906), Theophilus Hall, and Joshua. Daughters named were Martha A. Powers, Margaret E. Shelby(deceased in 1906), Demora or Deborah Coleman, Sarah Hubbell, Arvilla or Rebecca Bailey and Julia Reels (deceased in 1906). Several of these are listed as living in Glenwood. Clarence Shelby was a grandchild as were Charles Reels and Leila Edna Reeds. If anyone has a clue as to the whereabouts of any descendants of this group would you please let me know.
