In case of her entering into another marriage it is my will and I order and direct, that the sum of Four Thousand Dollars shall be raised out of my estate and property and be paid in cash into her proper hand. All the residue of my property and estate, real, personal and mixed, wheresoever it may be found, and of whatsoever it may consist, is in that case of marriage to be given and turned over to my six children, Heinrich Arp, Wilhelm Arp, Charles Arp, Emma Arp, Emil Arp and Adolph Arp, to be equally divided amongst them. In witness whereof, I have signed and declared this instrument as my last will at Council Bluffs, State of Iowa, this fourth day of April in the year of our Lord 1908.
