No, I won't unsub anyone until there are a number of bounces and their addy is listed as disabled. It seems to depend on what part of the country you live in as to whether there has been an agreement. I am on a Listowners-L mailing list and there are dozens, if not hundreds of e-mails from list owners trying to figure all this out. It becomes a tremendous problem for a list owner who has several lists of over a thousand subscribers with a big percentage of them using the @home.com addy. Some do not now have a server and some do. Time will work it out. I appreciate your letting me know you are still receiving and sending e-mail via Excite.
