I give devise and bequeath my estate and property Real and personal as follows that is to say. I hereby give devise and bequeath my estate and property real and personal to my Son Mark Dysart after my just debts and funeral expenses are paid. On the express conditions that said Mark Dysart pays to Phillip Dysart my Son Two Hundred dollars. To my Daughter Rachel Ann Ellis, Five Hundred dollars. To my Daughter Margaret Millets Ten dollars and to her daughter Amie Rose Anna Stuller Sixty Six and two thirds dollars. To her son Peter H. Stuller Sixty Six and two thirds dollars.
