(Cooper) Conklin. She was born about 1855 in Mahaska County, Iowa (That was census info, don't have the birth record) to Jeremiah N. (or J.N.) Cooper and Zilpha Talbot (or Tlabott). Philemon Bliss Conklin and Alice A. Cooper married December 25, 1883 in Mahaska County, Iowa. I do not have the source info to back it up the marriage, but the man who posted the marriage date on ancestry.com noted that he got it from a 2000 Mahaska Heritage book.
