Suspect his father Henry GLAZE was born 1784 MaryLAND,not SwitzerLAND,as reported by researchers with no ref. Have father "Henry GLAZE of Licking Co.,Oh.",wife "Sary" in 1814 Wood Co.,Va. deed records. Suspect Henry GLAZE was the son of John GLAZE b.abt.1760 Pa.,moved to Md.,died 1816 in Wood Co.,Va. Suspect John GLAZE was one of seven sons of Erhardt GLAZE b.1700's Germany,came to Pa. abt.1730? Benjamin also had an older brother John GLAZE b.abt.1811 Oh.,died in Illinois.
