DOUGALL Family. He was my grandfather & was born about 1875, his mother was MALINDA (Millie) CUNNINGHAM. History said he came to Washington, IA from Mahaska Co. when he was 4 yrs. old. His father was HUGH A. DOUGALL Sr. born about 1848. A native of Belfast, Ireland who worked for the railroads, job unknown. His father later married Jane McLiesch, native of Scotland. Children included Mary, Joseph T., Millie, & Sarah. The DOUGALL Family settled in WASHINGTON, IA between 1880 & 1900.
