Dear Judy, Just in case someone asks: James T. Laizure (1831-1911) went to Cherokee Co., KS. His wife was Lavina Gram from Tuscarawas co., Ohio. All his living children went with him His brother William Hamilton Laizure remained in Madison County. William, wife Nancy, and many of his children & grandchildren are buried in the McDonald-Chase Cemetery. Thanks for all you do. I have corresponded with a Laizure who tromped across Madison County looking for the grave of little John J. Laizure. We thought he died when he was about 12. Now we have a time and a place for him.
