I am not sure if I should be addressing this Ethyl or Dianne---but whichever--in response to the lady whose mother and Grandmother were from Earlham and did the history on John Wayne. Could you ask your mother if she (or her mother) might have known Maude Drake or family of Earlham who married Erl Hays. (Their children-Bernice Hays--my mother-- and Fred Hays). Maude`s parents were Martha Johnson and John Dickerson Drake. Maude had a brother Simon Mortie Drake who married Clara Trimmer. Thanks for your time. Martha Maxwell
