Can we please use subject headings... how many e-mails does one need to sort through with the subject header of "Introduction?" Please put surnames in the subject line, i.e. Hatch / Stevens / Low / Fox. I get hundreds of e-mails a day and using proper e-mail headings makes my life a little bit easier by being able to sort out what I need to pay attention to and what can get deleted immediately. It not only makes sense it's just plain being courteous. Jim Miller
