Hi, I recently wrote the Madison County Recorder asking for deeds. I heard back a few weeks later from a lady named Lorraine Kile. She does look-ups at the courthouse, since that staff doesn't have the time. She asked for $8 per hour and the cost of the copies. Copies were $1 per page. The copies came quite promptly.
