Hi Madison County Researchers, For those of you that are not aware of it, I have been transcribing the cemetery records for Madison County for several months now and they are posted on the Cemetery Internment website at: http://www.internment.net/ When the opening page comes up, go to the United States, next page go to Iowa and last page go to Madison County, then click on the cemetery or cemeteries that you would like to search. Those already listed are: Barney, Bennett, Blair Chapel, Brush Ridge, Bullock, Clark, Close, Earlham, Ebenezer, Farris, Farson, Gordon, Hamblin, Hickman, Lotz - Wintermantle, McDonald - Chase, Neal, Stringtown, Viney, Welty and West Branch. Those cemeteries that are done, sent to the webmaster and not posted yet are: Fairview, Hooten, Kivett, Old Penn, Penn Center, Peru, Union Chapel and Wight. The cemeteries that are not transcribed yet are: Beem, Fidler, Hartman, Jefferson - Goar, King, McGinnis, Montpelier, Moon, North Branch, North McDonald, Pitzer - Eppard, Pleasant View, Powell, Primitive Baptist, St. Charles, St. Patrick, Trester, Winterset, Worthington, and Young Once I get all of these completed, I am going to make a master list and it will be posted on the Madison County website so you will be able to search through it.
