They made a booklet of the first settlers of Winterset. One of the Howard/MOore cousins sent me one. The historical society can probably furnish you one if you don't already have one. It is called "Through the Seasons----Winterset, Iowa 1849-1999". It has alot about the Howards and Moores and Binns in it.
