Does anyone here know what happened to my third cousin, Calvin S. Melville? He was a campus leader at Chariton HS, Class of 1933, then died in June of 1940. I find no indication that he, an only child and the last of his line, was involved in WW2. He's buried with his parents, Clarence and Mary Melville, who survived him, in Chariton Cemetery.
