DEATH OF S. H. MALLORY He Passed Away Today at 11:55 o'clock - Funeral Will Be Saturday. S. H. Mallory, died this morning at five minutes before twelve o'clock at Ilion, the family home north of Chariton at the age of 68 years. The cause of his death was pernicious progressive anaemia. He had been a sufferer from this fatal disease for more than a year and had been confined to the house for the past seven weeks. He sank rapidly the last several days. The funeral will take place from St. Andrew's Episcopal church Saturday afternoon at 2 o'cock. The body will lie in state in the church from 10 o' clock a.m. until 1:30 p.m. An extended obituary notice will appear in next week's Patriot.
