We recently discovered that a formerly unknown maiden name of an ancestor is Bozell. We have been told that the name was originally Boswell. Not a Lucas County connection so I won't go into it here. I believe it was in Indiana. She married a Merrill. Thanks again for posting your wonderful article. Sure did take me back. Grandma called it Decoration Day 'til the day she died.
