The Chariton Leader, Chariton, Iowa Thursday, November 23, 1905 A quiet wedding occurred at the Baptist Parsonage yesterday afternoon at 4:30 o'clock, the contracting parties being MR. P.R. HOLLINGSHEAD of Albia and MISS LA NELLE COWLES of this city. The ceremony was performed by Rev. F.B. Palmer. The bride wore a becoming dress of grey silk. MR. and MRS. HOLLINGSHEAD left on No. 4 for Albia where they will reside. The bride is a daughter of Conductor and MRS. D.B. COWLES and has resided in Chariton for the past twelve years. She is a graduate of our public schools, being a member of the class of 1903. She has since attended a musical college in Chicago. She is a splendid alocutionist and has often appeared before Chariton audiences. The groom has been here the past few months. His parents are prominent and respected people of Albia.
