The Chariton Leader, Chariton, Iowa Thursday, November 23, 1905 MRS. JOHN H. SCOTT, of Leoti, Kansas, arrived in this county last week to visit relatives and friends, as was mentioned in the Leader last week. She gives the information that SIMON SCOTT, a former well known citizen of Cedar Township, who went to Wichita County, almost twenty years ago, recently sustained a paralytic stroke and is now practically helpless, besides being almost blind.
