JAMES BENNETT, of Shawnee, Oklahoma, at Kansas City, at 6 o'clock p.m., April 28. The bride is well and favorably known, having made Chariton her home for the past five months. The groom is a stranger here, but comes highly spoken of as an energetic, industrious young business man noted for his exemplary habits. After spending a few days in Kansas City, they will go to their home in Shawnee, where the groom is extensively engaged in the lumber business and where they will be at home to their many friends at 705 East Main St., Shawnee, Okla.
