Jct. as we had a wedding on the viaduct with flood waters in the backdrop when one of the National Guard members was called to duty a few days before his wedding date. They moved the location but kept the date with our mayor escorting the bride since her own father was deceased. Look at wedding pictures and flood pictures at the same time. Norma Jennings
