Born in an Iowa farmhouse near Wapello in June of 1938 to Marshall and Loraine DAVIS, she is survived by her father and three sisters: Claudette (husband Ron) BOUSCH, Linda OSWALD and Charla BARRY, all in the Denver area. She married Albert Fred LITTLER in September of 1960. She is survived by her husband and their two sons, Mike (wife Helen), Jim (wife Angela) and her grandchildren Rachel, Jake, Rikki, and other grandchildren by marriage, Samantha and Nathon EWALT, Amy and Autum NEESE and Gehrhart and Louis VUKSINICK. Marilyn was always an active outdoors person who enjoyed music, her art and her "books." She was an avid reader and studier of the Bible. She knew "all scripture is given by inspiration of God" and that we are to "study to show theyself approved unto God a workman that needeth not to be ashamed rightly dividing the word of truth." She knew God's will for her family and friends that all would "be saved and come unto the knowledge of the truth." A loving and patient Saint that would always take time to listen and to help you hear the quiet word of the Lord. Now that she is "absent from the body," we rest in the wonderful fact that she is "present with the Lord." We have a void in our lives but we also have many fond memories of Marilyn that will help to fill that void in the years to come. Memorial services will be held at the Smith West Chapel, 304 34th St. West, on Friday, March 14, at 11 a.m. Interment will be at the Yellowstone Valley Memorial Park. A reception will follow for friends and family at the Smith West Chapel. Memorials may be made to Camp Mak-A-Dream, PO Box 1450, Missoula, MT 59806 or to the charity of your choice.
