The daughter of Derek J. Ramirez and Kourtney Lynne Seitz, she was born September 22, 2007 at Iowa City. She is survived by her parents; maternal grandmother, Melissa Seitz of Monte Alto, Texas; maternal grandfather, Kenny Seitz of New Boston, Illinois; maternal great grandparents, Carolyn Jackson and Wayne Davis of West Burlington; maternal great grandmother, Phyllis Johnson of New London; paternal grandmother, Waneta Ramirez of Oakville; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her maternal great grandfather, Bill Seitz and her paternal grandfather, Richard Sabins. The graveside service for Kiara Ramirez will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, January 22, 2008, at the Parsons Cemetery at Wapello. Family and friends will gather for viewing and visiting after 1:30 PM on Tuesday at the cemetery. The Dudgeon-McCulley Funeral Home at Wapello is providing the care and arrangements for Kiara Ramirez.
