Virginia Louise Boline Adkison, 40, of 2600E Newbury Circle, Burlington, died at 4 p.m. Monday, March 4, 1996, at Burlington Medical Center. Born May 26, 1955, in Burlington, she was the daughter of Carl and Betty Wasson Boline. She married Willie Charles Adkison on Nov. 4, 1977, in Burlington. Mrs. Adkison was a certified nurse's aide at St. Francis Continuation Care Center. She was a member of Union Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband; two sons, James Boline and William Adkison, both of Burlington; six brothers, Bill, Bob, Harold, Danny and Roger Boline, all of Morning Sun, and Richard Boline of Burlington; two sisters, Betty Marks of Morning Sun and Mary Boline of Burlington; two aunts; one uncle; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday in Prugh's Chapel. The funeral for Mrs. Adkison will be 2 p.m. Friday in Prugh's Chapel, with the Rev. J.A. Twillie officiating. A graveside committal service will be 3:30 p.m. in Elmwood Cemetery in Morning Sun. A memorial has been established.
