Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Stacy-Lewis Funeral Home. Joe Bailey will officiate. Burial will be at the Grandview Cemetery in Grandview. Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home where a memorial has been established. She was born Sept. 24, 1964, in Ventura, Calif., a daughter of Alfred Leroy and Theresa Marie Ennello Bailey. She was a 1983 graduate of Muscatine High School. Survivors include her husband, Andrew Phillip "Bud" Perkins; five children, Eric Perkins, Joshua Perkins, Yancy Bailey, Anna Marie Bailey and Brenton Perkins, all at home; her parents, Alfred and Theresa Bailey; two brothers, Joseph Bailey, of Belton, Mo.; and Donald Bailey, of Muscatine; and three sisters, Mrs. Kelly (Mary Jane) Fulton, of Columbus Junction; and Rebecca and Theresa Bailey, both of Letts.
