Bailey, Former Oakville Teacher, Dies Mrs. Harry L. Bailey, 59, died at her home in Oakville Aug 5 at 2:00 p.m. Death terminated a lingering illness. Kathryn M. Frazey was the daughter of James F. and Emily Jane Hoover Frazey and was born at Brighton on Jan. 27, 1892. Seventeen years ago she was married to Harry Bailey of Oakville and settled here. Mrs. Bailey taught school in various places prior to her retirement in 1949. In recent years she had taught at Oakville and Huron. At the time of her retirement, she had spent 21 years in the teaching profession. Mrs. Bailey was a member of the Christian church of Brighton and of OES chapter 257 of Wapello. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Bailey leaves a brother, Ralph Frazey of Brighton and a sister, Mrs. Frank McClean of Concord, Calif. Last rites were held in the Presbyterian church Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. The Rev. Ralph Filmore, pastor of the Brighton Christian church officiated, assisted by the Rev. Eugene Fernald.
