Bailey, age 59, 1956 SW 12th, Lincoln, Nebraska, died Thursday, August 4, 1988, at 8:15 a.m. Vivian J. Bailey was born June 12, 1929, in Columbus Junction, the daughter of Addison and Margaret Sheridan Hills. She was employed for the past 20 years as a security guard at the Lincoln, Nebraska capitol. Surviving are one son, Michael, and daughter-in-law, Linda; three grandchildren; and two brothers, Bill Hills and Dick Hills, both of Columbus Junction. She is preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Ron. A memorial service will be held at the Columbus City Cemetery at 1 p.m. on Saturday, August 13.
