The Stacy-Lewis Funeral Home, Columbus Junction, was in charge of local arrangements. Lois Armentrout died Nov. 16 at Lake Barrington, Ill. Lois K. King was born Dec. 31, 1904, in Arion, Iowa, to Elliott and Dora Wright King. Lois married Gerald W. Armentrout. Gerald preceded Lois in death. Lois is survived by three sons, Gerald Armentrout and his wife Valerie of Green Valley, Ariz., Dean Armentrout and his wife Carolyn of Barrington, and Wayne Armentrout of Lake Zurich. There are nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband. Wapello Republican 13 November 2000
