Jacob would be a brother of my wife's ggfather, Andrew Tisor. His father was William, decended from Gabriel, from William, born in Northumberland County, Virginia, c. 1756. The reference you make to having been born in England is possible, but I have yet to find that connection. Feel free to contact me for further information.
