Census for McConnel: 132\133 McConnel, John age 50 farmer b TN Columbus City " Jane F. 52 " " Maragret A. 10 " (also in the same household) " " Johnston, William A. 20 farmer ALA " " " Isaac A. 17 " " " (Isaac listed as "female" in this book????) There are several more Johnston families listed in the census. Three in Columbus City and two in Florence Twp. You list the surname "OURS" Could that possibly be ORR? I find several in the marriage book as well as three families in Columbus City. Only one BUCKNER listed in the census: 184\185 Buckner, Thomas age 20 laborer b IN Columbia City " Gabriel 18 " " Nancy 16 " " Elizabeth 11 " " John 9 " " Judia A. 6 " (these are all in the John W. BOYD household) In the 1850 Mortality Schedule is listed: Manly, William age 3 b OH d Aug of smallpox, was ill 21 days & resided in Columbus City. Do you want the Manly listing in the census? There is only the one family, Jas. in Columbus City. Also in that same household are Mary A. & Ellen Smith as well as Leonddas Mitcel. Hope this helps. Bev
