    3. Dear Brenda, There are no Hosford burials listed in Louisa County. Before 1899 there is one marriage for a Hosford. This was a Louis D. Hosford to an Emily A. Gray on 8 May 1861. A printed transcription of the 1850 Iowa census for Columbus City Township, page 52, numbers 119/120 shows a Hannah Hosford, age 41, born in Virginia; Mary E., age 13, born Indiana; Sarah A., age 11, born Indiana; Hannah J., age 8, born Iowa. Thats all, from Keith Keith/Connie Street ckcasey@netins.net 325 Franklin Ave, Wapello, IA 52653-1515 319-523-8164 -----Original Message----- From: Brenda Hébert <brenhebert@mail.tss.net> To: IALOUISA-L@rootsweb.com <IALOUISA-L@rootsweb.com> Date: Thursday, August 12, 1999 4:14 PM Subject: COX, HOSFORD, HUMPHREY(S?), WARD (and others) >Hi! > >I'm trying to find information on my 4th Great-grandparents: Harry HOSFORD and Hannah COX.
