Samuel HIGGS married Phoebe McCHESNEY after 1874 in Wapello but can't be found after that. Does anyone have information about this couple? Samuel was the son of John and Mary BILLING HIGGS, and he was b. abt. 1842 in England. This is the brother of my ggrandfather, Henry HIGGS, b. 1850 in IN.
