This is my Grandmother who married my Grandfather, so I mentioned the Marriage Record that I have a copy of, to let you know I wasn't coming from left field somewhere. They were married on 3 March 1889, Oakland Twp, County of Louisa, IA. It is Certified by W.P. Davis, Justice of the Peace.
