Shane was born in 1972 in Iowa City. Services will be 1 p.m. Sunday at the Wapello Cemetery. Dudgeon-McCulley Funeral Home, Wapello, is in charge of arrangements. Survivors include his mother, Patricia Russell; his grandmother, Galilee Wagner; and sisters, Rhonda Elmore and Nicole Russell, all of Wapello.
