Soule, 43, of Muscatine, died Sunday at her home. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Faith United Church of Christ. Burial will be in Muscatine Memorial Park. Visitation is 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at George M. Wittich-Lewis Funeral Home, Muscatine. There will be a Burlington Women of the Moose service conducted at 7:30 p.m. followed by Chordbuster Barbershop Chorus. Mrs. Soule had been employed at Muscatine General Hospital. Karen Helmick married Bradley Soule in 1976 in Burlington. She was an active member of the church and the Burlington Women of the Moose. A memorial fund has been established at the funeral home. Survivors include her husband; daughters Kylene and LeeAnn, both at home; sisters, Mary (Mrs. John) Hammond, Wapello, Lela (Mrs. Bill) Tull, Amarillo, Texas, Helen (Mrs. Bob) Riley, West Burlington, Carol (Mrs. Mel) Warth, Burlington, and Patricia (Mrs. Rodney) Boney, Ector, Texas; and brothers, James, Tom and David Helmick, all of Burlington, John Helmick, San Antonio, and Jack, Washington, Iowa.
